Yes. The website build is included inside the retainer model. The monthly fee also covers hosting, maintenance, reporting and support after launch.
The term begins when you sign up and service starts, not only when the website goes live.
During the active paid term you use the website under the retainer arrangement. After the minimum term you can continue with Webignite or request a transfer or handover subject to settlement and the applicable transfer terms.
No. Support hours expire monthly. The same monthly expiry logic applies to Premium blog allocations and Premium Ecommerce product update allocations.
Main website copywriting is excluded unless separately quoted. The main exception is the Premium blog allocation, which is drafted from source material you provide.
Yes. Upgrades can be done at any time. If the change requires a bigger rebuild or a major scope shift, a new minimum term can apply.
